The Update companies do not offer temporary workers but instead offer permanent employees to work on-site in your record room or library on a regular, scheduled basis, ensuring that clerical tasks are done on a routine basis. However, both companies are capable of providing additional services for one-time special projects like backlog catchup for filing, scanning, or data entry, space planning, records retention schedules, file conversions,company-wide destruction projects to name just a few.
Our employees receive rigorous one-on-one training from our supervisory staff to insure consistent quality across all services and all clients. Additionally, our interview process screens potential applicants to find only those with an aptitude for detail, good communication skills, and a strong customer orientation.
